The responses are trained to be informative and directional. Each response will contain links to the relevant pages on your website or the pages on the relevant website from a group. There are options in our configuration around logging the conversations, which can be exported and analysed for essential information about what your visitors are looking for. The user can also email the transcript of their session to themselves.
