After pouring our hearts into the website, digital advertising, and social media strategy, alongside brochure design and production by our creative collaborators at Ronnoco, it was incredibly rewarding to walk through the gates of Tocal Field Days and see it all come together. We had the chance to attend over the weekend between the 2nd & 4th of May, and it was incredible to experience the energy, innovation, and community spirit first-hand.

From ticket sales provided by local Ticketing System Crowdcatcher, to exhibitor maps and program details, the site was a critical touchpoint in the lead-up to and during the event.

- Post impressions rose 46%, highlighting strong interest and organic reach
- Link clicks were up 31%, converting engagement into real action
- Follower count grew by 7%, building a stronger long-term community
Paid Ads That Performed
Our Google Ads campaign was highly targeted, focused on intent-based keywords and conversion-led messaging.
- Click-through rate of 14.84%, significantly above average for event campaigns
- Ad content drove direct traffic to key pages, including ticketing, exhibitors, and event info.
This strategy ensured that potential visitors didn’t just see the ads, they clicked through and showed up.
